About Jeff Kurtti
Jeff Kurtti is the author of more than a dozen books and scores of magazine articles, a writer-director of award-winning documentaries, and a respected public speaker, host, and panel moderator. He is currently the Creative Director of The Walt Disney Family Museum (a project of The Walt Disney Family Foundation), and is considered one of the leading authorities on The Walt Disney Company and its history. He is the author of such books as The Great Movie Musical Trivia Book (Applause, 1996), The Art of Mulan (Hyperion, 1998), A Bug's Life: The Making of an Epic of Miniature Proportions (Hyperion, 1998), Since the World Began: Walt Disney World - The First 25 Years (Hyperion, 1996), and The Art of Disneyland (Disney Editions, 2005), and Disney Dossiers (Disney Editions, 2006). Kurtti was executive producer of the DVD collector's editions of Around the World in 80 Days, Treasure of the Sierra Madre, The Adventures of Robin Hood, Yankee Doodle Dandy, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Sixth Sense, A Bug's Life, Tarzan, Toy Story, Fantasia, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Monsters, Inc. and Beauty and the Beast. Kurtti is a member of the Writers Guild of America West (WGAw). Jeff lives in Glendale, California with his partner, Kenneth Martinez and their son, Brendan.
