5 golden rings, 4 calling birds, 3 Disney podcasts …

Ben wrote in a while ago to ask:

"What happened to those Unofficial Guide Disney Dish podcasts that you were doing
with Len Testa? I really enjoyed the first two recordings and thought that
there were supposed to be more shows in this iTunes series. Didn't you also
record walk-thrus of Disney's Animal Kingdom and Epcot with Len earlier this Fall?
If so, when are those podcasts supposed to be released?"

Patience, Grasshopper. It took poor Mike Newell quite a
while to take those in-park recordings that Len and I made back in late
September / early October and turn them into something coherent. But good
things (Well, kind-of good things) come to those who wait. And the Unofficial
Guide's Disney Dish with Jim Hill shows for DAK & Epcot went live on iTunes
earlier this week. If you want to give them a listen, click here.

More to the point, if you'd like to see Len and I continue
this series (We have yet to do either of the theme parks at the Disneyland
Resort
. Plus it'd be fun to do a podcast about the hidden history of Downtown
Disney
and/or the Disney Water Parks. Not to mention Universal Studios Florida
and Islands of Adventure), be sure and say so in the "Customer Review" section
at iTunes. Just so Mr. Testa and I can then get a sense of what topics you'd
like us to talk about first.

And speaking of podcasts … I would be remiss here if I didn't
also mention Magical Definition, that online Disney news show which I record
weekly (some might say very weakly) with Nathan Rose. On our most recent
podcast, Nathan and I discussed many of the changes that Walt Disney World has
made / now has in the works in an effort to make this Resort seem that much appealing
to the high end crowd.

And speaking of money … If you've enjoyed what you've read and/or
heard here at JHM over the past year, feel free to throw a little something in
the site's new tip jar. Tis the season and all that.
