Busch Gardens Tampa Bay & SeaWorld Orlando offer extra entertainment opportunities during their Summer Nights promotions

So what's your favorite aspect of summer?

Me personally, I enjoy those extra hours of daylight that you usually get in
June, July and August. Which then makes it that much easier to cram an extra
hour or two of fun into a summer night.

And speaking of fun summer nights, both SeaWorld Orlando and
Busch Gardens Tampa Bay have recently rolled out special Summer Nights
promotions. Which – through extended operating hours, brand-new shows & extra
entertainment opportunities – now allow Guests to max out the amount of the fun
that they typically can have while visiting these two theme parks.

Mind you, Busch Gardens
Tampa Bay has already made a memorable addition to its extraordinary
assortment of rides, shows and attractions what with its May 27th
opening of Cheetah Hunt.

With three launches that reach up to 60 mph (not to mention
more than 4,000 feet of track), Cheetah Hunt truly is a mega-attraction. But what
makes this nearly-silent coaster unique is that it actually attempts to
duplicate the movements of this fast-moving predator. As Cheetah Hunt darts
across rushing rapids, plunges down & around a rocky gorge and then races out
across the African plain like a cheetah in pursuit of prey.

Of course, if you'd like to see how real-life cheetahs
compare to this coaster, you could always head on over to Busch Gardens Tampa
Bay's newest habitat, Cheetah Run. Where – thanks to the huge windows that
overlook this enclosure's 250-foot-long track – you may then get the chance to
see these big cats in action.

But as the sun goes down and it's time for Bush Gardens
Tampa Bay's 14 real-life cheetahs to take an extended cat nap, the party's just
getting started in other parts of this theme park. Thanks to the DJs who –
starting each night at 5 p.m. – start spinning records in Jungala, Stanleyville
and Gwazi Plaza.

And speaking of Gwazi Plaza … Every night at 9 p.m., this
corner of the theme park is where you'll be able to catch a performance of
Kinetix, that award-winning live stage show which features musicians, singers,
dancers and artists from around the globe.

Now please be aware that this particular Busch Gardens Tampa
Bay offering (which features modern music and fire effects) is very popular
with the locals. Which is why – if you want to snag a good spot to watch
Kinetix from – you should probably plan on getting to Gwazi Plaza no later than
8 p.m.

And if you happen to visit this theme park Tuesday through Sundays
this summer, you're sure to have an even more magical time. Thanks to the "Cool
Allusions with Christopher Cool" show, which is presented at the top of the
hour 5 – 8 p.m. at the Marrakesh Theater.

If you're interested in checking Summer Nights at Busch
Gardens Tampa Bay, please keep in mind that this extra entertainment offering only
runs through August 14th. With this theme parks' operating hours
being extended 'til 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and until 10 p.m. on Fridays
and Saturdays.

As for SeaWorld
Orlando, this theme park's Summer Nights promotion features some spectacular
after-dark variations on old SeaWorld favorites. Take – for example — Sea
Lions Tonite, that uproarious arena show featuring Clyde and Seamore. Or –
better yet — the Shamu Rocks show, that larger-than-life killer whale show
where Shamu & associates now splash about to a rock-and-roll beat.

Even if you've seen this nighttime whale show on a previous visit to this theme
park, you really owe it to yourself to check out Shamu Rocks again. If only
because this nighttime stadium show now takes full advantage of those fountains
which were installed for SeaWorld Orlando's brand-new killer whale show, One
Ocean.

If you'd like to dance the night away, be sure and visit Summer
Nights Central. Which transforms the center of this theme park into a
family-friendly party zone. Or if you've built up a mighty thirst during your
day of exploring SeaWorld Orlando, then why not purchase a Brew Sampler? Which
– for only $25 — allows you unlimited samples of over 20 beers.

And after you've danced & drank and been soaked by sea
lions & killer whales … Well, what better way is there to finish up your
Summer Nights visit at SeaWorld Orlando than by watching Reflections? That
fireworks-and-fountains-show that starts inside of Bayside Stadium and then
spills over into the sky.

Taking advantage of all the extra entertainment
opportunities offered during Busch
Gardens Tampa Bay & SeaWorld Orlando's Summer Nights promotion is a
great way to stretch your theme park dollar. And if you're looking to score
some tickets to this seasonal
event (which only runs through August 14th at both of these parks) …
Well, I think I know some folks who can help you out.
