Disney Big Figurines – More on the Way and the Checklist

Hello everyone! I’m back with more on these favorite collectibles! I want to thank you for the positive response to my (and it seems yours, too) Big Fig addiction. It is great to see that I am not alone in my love for these large Disney friends. Although they may take up a lot of space in our homes, they are just as big in our hearts.

I think you will be pleased with the new ones coming along from the different Disney sources. I have listed them below along with a few pictures of some of them, and even some of the “soon-to-be-released” figures.

I did begin a checklist of what I could determine so far of what is out there from the past and available now with as much information as I could supply as to when and where they came from. So bear with me, as it has been a while since these big characters first went on sale for us to collect and enjoy. I hope to keep it updated and welcome your help! Please email me if I missed one or two, or if you have other questions or comments I can share on these very popular collectibles.

Now, onto the good stuff! First some retirements: from WDW will be Sorcerer Mickey, 2 nd Version Minnie, Figment and Tigger tackle. These are all great ones. The new ones for next year from WDW are Scrooge, Chip and Dale and Pluto planned for release in the beginning of the year.

I think they are really doing some nice ones from the parks catalog and Disney Auctions. I have listed them below along with some pictures. So enjoy!

A new release series and I’ll have photo’s of them to share with in a couple of weeks, so check back. They include the Haunted Mansion and the Evil Queen from Snow White along with some other great figures!

Here is the checklist as promised!

Remember that it is a first draft, and I welcome your help in corrections or additions. Share it as much as you like, but please give me credit for compiling this information.

That’s the latest on Big Figs! It looks like I’ll need to make room for more! There are some great ones coming along that will touch on some special scenes with many of our favorite characters. I know you’ll enjoy them as much as I do!
