Stepping off the silver screen and out of the pages of comic
books, look for Spider-Man, Iron Man, The Avengers and X-Men to swing into an
arena in your hometown. The iconic Marvel super heroes are being tapped to star
in an unprecedented new show that brings the characters to life and puts the
audience right in the middle of all the spectacular action.
Feld Entertainment has signed a groundbreaking agreement
with Marvel Entertainment which allows the companies to produce shows featuring
the super heroes as they unite together in one place to defend the Earth
against threats from the most fearsome villains in the Marvel Universe.

Under a multi-year deal, Feld will produce live Marvel
touring events with state-of-the-art special effects, aerial displays, martial
arts, fireworks and of course the iconic super heroes to transport audiences
into the world of Marvel comics.
Marvel Studios' Vice President of Business Development Sean
Haran says he is excited about the venture because "Feld Entertainment has the
experience and expertise to showcase the characters like no other company and
bring them to audiences everywhere." And everywhere is no exaggeration. The
plan is for the new Marvel character-based production to launch in July 2014 on
an 85-city North American tour before taking to the road for an international
trek.

The launch of the arena tour in 2014 will coincide with
highly anticipated movie sequels from Marvel. "Captain America:
The Winter Soldier" is due to arrive on April
4th, 2014 and "Guardians of the Galaxy" will hit screens on August 1st, 2014.
Expanding its footprint in the world of arena venues, the
production is the logical extension for Feld Entertainment which has a
33-year-long partnership with the Walt Disney Company, Marvel's parent. The
Marvel Universe will compliment Feld's other arena productions including its
Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus, Disney on Ice, Disney Live!,
Advance Auto Parts Monster Jam and Monster Energy Supercross.

Feld Entertainment Chairman and CEO Kenneth Feld says the
partnership "demonstrates Marvel's confidence in Feld Entertainment to present
their most admired characters" in a whole new way. Marvel's Chief Creative Officer
Joe Quesada says the new live action production will allow the iconic super heroes to pop off the movie screen and pages of comic books into a live arena
tour.
