Indiana Jones and the … JHM Podcast ?!

You may recall — a while back — that JHM put a prototype of a podcast out there. This recording was met with a rather favorable response. Which is why Max Schilling (i.e. Jim Hill Media’s wise & ever-patient webmaster) and I decided that we should try and make a regular thing of this. Get a JHM podcast up on the site every week, or every two weeks, or every month, or every two months …

11 months later …

Sorry about that, folks. It wasn’t for lack of trying. But Max and I are very busy guys these days. And what with my other podcast gig (Just about every week, you can hear me yammering away on Nathan Rose’s Magical Mountain podcast) … Well, it was relatively easy to keep putting off the JHM podcast project and just concentrate on churning out new stories for the site.

Well, no longer. We’ve now got a sponsor lined up for JHM podcast (i.e. The nice folks over at Mouseketrips) as well as two shows already in the can (Look for Podcast No. 2 to go live on JHM two weeks from today).

As for Show No. 1 … To be honest, we had some tech problems with this one. For some odd reason, my voice was recorded at a much lower level than Max’s. Which sometimes makes me difficult to hear.

But as for the content of this show (Which deals with the somewhat timely issue of the Indiana Jones character and how he’s used in the Disney theme parks) … That, I think you’ll enjoy. Plus Scott Liljenquist — in his Mouseketrips section of the show — has a juicy bit of news that I think all you folks who frequent the Disney Cruise Lines will enjoy hearing about.

Anyway … Please let us know what you think of the show. Was it too loose? Would you prefer hearing something that was a bit more structured? We aims to please, people. And your suggestions will help finetune the thing.

Okay. Now that I’ve sufficiently built down your hopes … Here’s another stab at the JHM podcast.
