“Mike and Sulley” will bring “Monsters” -sized fun to DCA

Picking up where we left off on Wednesday, Mike and Sulley are sneaking in the back way at Monsters, Inc. Determined to find a way to get Boo back safely to the human world …

… Little realizing that Randall Boggs is already hot on their trail, determined to do whatever he has to in order to stop them …

… Not to mention all the CDA agents. Who seem to be popping up in the oddest places.

Luckily, Mike and Sulley finally get Boo safely to the Scare Floor. Where — because the one-eyed little monster accidentally makes the human girl laugh — the thousands of doors that are stored here suddenly go “live.” And who’s that leaning out of one door but Mike & Sulley’s old buddy, the Abominable Snowman.

I don’t want to give the whole story away for this DCA attraction. Other than there is a showdown between Randall, Sulley, Mike and Boo in the door hangar …

And that Roz makes a cameo appearance at the end of the end, where she’ll remind us that we have to turn in all of our paperwork before we can exit the ride …

And Poor Celia, who looked so frazzled back in the first scene of DCA’s new “Monsters, Inc.” ride …

… is now ready to go off on a romantic drive with her “googly bear,” Mike Wazowski.

Looks like a fun attraction, don’t you think? Well, look for this “Monsters, Inc.” themed dark ride to have a soft opening sometime in December. Then — once this attraction has finished its test & adjust period — look for “Mike & Sulley to the Rescue” to officially open to the public sometime in January of 2006.
