Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras Celebration Continues This Weekend With a Performance by Cher Lloyd

Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras celebration continues this Saturday night with a live performance by multi-platinum British singer-songwriter Cher Lloyd, best known for her for her smash hit “Want U Back.” Lloyd is also getting ready to release her sophomore album “Sorry I’m Late” on May 27. Before the concert, guests can catch colorful beads by the handful during the festive Mardi Gras parade, which features 12 vibrant floats, including three new additions celebrating Jules Verne’s novel, “Around the World in 80 Days.” Guests can also visit Universal Studios Florida’s very own French Quarter Courtyard to enjoy authentic Cajun cuisine and see performances by bands pulled straight from Bourbon Street. 

Universal Orlando’s “N’awlins”-inspired, family-friendly version of Mardi Gras runs select nights through June 7.
